(1) This plotting scheme is only for friend circle & limited to 72 months for limited members.
(2) Once a members of this scheme the monthly installment will have to be paid before 15th of every month.
(3) Every members will be allotted the plot after all the installments have been paid this allotments will be don by means ofa draw.
(4) Under this scheme of sale of plots every members will receive the sale deed and other documents only after each and every installments have been paid by the members.
(5) In case of unforeseen charges in revenue laws by the government the new laws will be binding on every members.
(6) If cheque will be return, cheque return charges will be taken and cheque will not be accepted again. third party cheque will not be accepted.
(7) All the taxes Documents expenses and legal charges related to the plot will have to be borne separately by the member.
(8) The Organizers will have sole rights to make any changes in the rules of the scheme and the decision of the organizers will be final.
(9) Any Disputes / Legal maters pertaining to the scheme will be subject to Ahmedabad Jurisdiction.
(10) Chequ/DD should be draw in favor of RUDRARAJ BUILDCON LLP.
(11) In the scheme if members wants to cancel the plot Money not will be refundable in any condition.
(12) In this scheme if a members fails to 3 installment continuously his membership will be automatically terminated / cancelled & the amount paid will not will be refund.
(13) Every member is automatically insured, if the member is below 55 yrs of age & does not have any critical pre-existing diseases, at the time of entry.
(14) The liability of the company is limited to provide plot to nominee, on event of an unfortunate death of the member. Thereafter nominee does not require to make any further Payment/EMI for the plot.
(15) The plot registration expense, government taxes, electrical connection charges, maintenance charges etc. will be borne by the member.
(16) The compay’s responsibility will be considered completed after giving possession of the plot. After that the members will have to manage.
(17) I have gone through the terms & conditions of your scheme. I willing to purchase the plot with court to all your mentioned terms & shall be binding to my family members & nominees.
